Studio Saudade’s Grief Support Group are held in person, in Seattle on the last Wednesday from 6pm to 7:30pm PST

Seattle Grief Support Group Details

In addition to our other support programs—almost all of which are offered with one-to-one grief and trauma support options—we offer a FREE monthly gathering in the Turkish Room at The Stimson-Green Mansion (in the First Hill neighborhood in Seattle).

Grief Support Groups include:

  • Connecting with other grievers who have experienced similar or different types of loss

  • Connecting with local grief professionals

  • Structured and guided time for sharing

  • Education and resources for working with grief or trauma

  • Tapping into the mind-body connection of grief

  • Exploring creative and narrative pathways to healing from loss:

    • Writing & Journaling

    • Music

    • Art & Design

    • Storytelling

  • Commemorating living memories

    • Remembering & Sharing

    • Expressing Sorrow, Joy, and Laughter

Open Grief Support Group: Pre-registration is required.
Number of Participants: Limited to 12 participants.
Fee: Gathering is FREE, but we gladly accept contributions to help offset basic costs through our Share the Love Fund.
When: The last Wed. of each month: 6pm–7:30pm
